What do I need to place an order?
A public live-stream link, your preferred viewer quantity and the duration. You will also enter an email to receive order information. We never ask for your social account password.
How do payments work?
You review your package total in USD and pay through Stripe Checkout. We only mark an order as paid after a confirmed payment.
Can I follow my order?
Yes. Open My Orders and verify your email to see payment and processing status.
Will viewers become followers or real engagement?
No. Viewer packages do not guarantee followers, chats, sales or algorithmic reach. Check the product details before ordering.
What happens if a network is unavailable?
The affected network is marked as unavailable and new checkouts are paused until service is restored. Contact support about any existing order.
